Calling All Foreign Investors: EB-5 Projects Coming Up in SoCal


As we enter the home stretch of 2018, we look forward to exciting developments between our regional center, the greater San Diego and Southern California regions and investment opportunities across a number of key sectors. As we’ve mentioned in earlier posts, this year was a big turning point for the San Diego EB-5 Regional Center with agreements between the City of San Diego, the County of Riverside and hosting the first San Diego Global Investment Forum last month. All of these activities pave the path for a stable and solid landing for foreign investors interested in the continued economic development of Southern California. Consider this a red-carpet of sorts, and now we’re ready to execute on the feature presentation.


Our focus for 2019 will be on public-private partnership projects in the areas of infrastructure development and affordable housing. We invite prospective EB-5 investors to connect with us to discuss specific opportunities.
